This screen protector is only useful if your screen is perfectly clean. Forget about using the cloth they provide because any little particle of dust on the cloth will be placed on the phone's screen while wiping. Because the screen protector is made of a relatively stiff plastic, the smallest particle of dust on the screen will translate as a bubble on the screen protector. Because it is nearly impossible to get your screen perfectly dust-free and keep the screen protector perfectly dust-free, it is nearly impossible to keep bubbles from forming. There are other screen protectors that include a solvent to clean both your phone's screen and the screen protector while installing. One that I've used in the past that costs a few bucks more than Case-mate's screen protector is Shieldzone Invisible shield. I mistakenly tried to save a few bucks.
