This Case is one of the best cases I have come across, and I have seen many. Perfect for those rough and tumble users. I found a few modifications on Youtube that made it a little more user friendly. Would buy it again in a heartbeat. Only drawback is it's larger and cumbersome size but offers maximum protection.

While I like the idea of the case and how well it protects my phone I have a few gripes. I hate the bubbles on my screen from the screen protector. I have tried several things to eliminate them but have been unable. I also don't like how hard the case is to remove. Lastly, I don't like how nothing fits through the docking hole, and they are no dock extenders made to fit this case. Overall though I would recommend this case to anyone and everyone. I have dropped my phone, kicked my phone, and dropped in a puddle and the case has protected my phone from everything.

Yes, this product will protect your phone from falls.
HOWEVER - I found it to be a total hassle.
The case takes work to get on and off. It's THREE pieces NOT counting the belt clip: a two-piece hard shell that fits under a silicone outer piece. At work, I stick the phone on the dock when I arrive and pluck it off to go to meetings several times throughout the day. Well - not with this case. The hard shell pieces must snap together and then once you get the silicone cover on, it has all these little plugs that fit into all the little holes in your iPhone AND into all the little holes in the hard shell piece. I counted them: the silicone cover has seven little plugs to fit snugly into the docking port, the headphones jack, the silent switch and then four other holes in the hard-shell case. This is great if you put the case on and just leave it, but it's hard to get at the silent switch even after you remove the plug covering it. You cannot dock this phone with this case on.
Also, with the case on, it is harder to text and sometimes the corner app buttons on the main screen require a few tries before I can get them to work.
I think this would be a good case if you want your phone with you while hiking or biking or something, but it is a giant pain in the neck for everyday.

I bought this item because I am around the water a lot, thinking it would be safe. Luckily I never had to test that out, however, there were a couple things I didn't like about it. One, the screen was distorted because of the two surfaces touching in different spots. Secondly, because the case was so thick it was hard to text properly. Instead of hitting the space bar I kept hitting one of the letter on the bottom row. Annoying!! I took it off and am happy I did. It's not that it's a bad product, it's just not right for me.
