These are so much better than the hard ear buds that come with my mp3 player. I wanted the mic aspects of these and while not as easy to use as the original white buds that came with my device they do work well. Sound is great. My only complaint with them is the controls for the mic.

Pros:
1. These buds sound great, very crisp sound and great bass
2. Very sleek looking, made with quality materials
3. The pause/next track button and microphone on these work PERFECT for iPhones and I would assume iTouches and probably iPods. This is the main reason that I bought these headphones and I am very pleased with that accessory.
Cons:
1. They don't stay in your ears! The microphone and pause button component is just too heavy and it pulls the buds out of my ears with any movement or if they catch on anything. Running with these is out of the question. If you're not moving and have tight fitting buds then they might work fine.
Suggestion: Buy separate bud covers that are foam. The plastic buds that are provided are very slippery and don't fit (at least my ears) well.

Do not believe their hype: the highs are VERY tinny and there is no bass to speak of. I even tried iPod EQ settings of "Deep"and "Bass Booster" and "Loudness." I tried listening to a symphony, a brass ensemble, the group "Chicago," and telephone calls. Trumpets sound like they are synthesized (or kazoos, in the case of the piccolo trumpet), and the voice call didn't even sound like the person I knew! I get superior sound quality from the $2.99 el cheapos. Don't waste your money on this piece of...

I'm not an expert on earphones, but i really love music and these Jbuds really do justice to it. The bass is deep and the highs are crisp and clear. The noise reduction is the greatest feature of this earbuds, you can't even hear a person talking right in front of you. Highly recommended if you want to upgrade your Blackberry or Iphone included earphones.

I didn't get to try these earphones because no matter what size I tried they would not stay in my ear. I had my cousin try them too & she came to the same conclusion! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
