exactly what the Kindle needs, a Kandle. Perfect for reading in bed when the lights are out, or if there is not enough light in any venue. Compact, durable, easy to use and comes with extra batteries. Ready to go from the package...

But I have only had it a half hour. Nevertheless it makes me VERY happy and no other light I have used has done that for me. It isn't going to mess up my Kindle or its cover if I use it, and it gives me light when and where I need it. I bought a light at the same time I bought the Kindle, it was just okay. But this one is perfect. The three star on durability is only because I won't know how well it holds up until I have it a bit longer. But everything else is five star all the way (including the fact that the vendor provided two extra batteries, it can't get much better than that).

If you've had trouble using a mighty bright lite with your kindle, then try the kandle. I just got mine, and it is wonderful!!! It illuminates the words on my kindle evenly, there is no glare and the light does not slip off the kindle like some of the other lights do!! And believe me, I've tried them all.
