Bought 3 - Here is the feedback that I have received.
I just want to drop you a quick THANK YOU for the headsets. It has made things so much better.
Our team room is a constant buzz of activity including desk meetings, conference table meetings, and often several audio meetings, all at the same time.
The handset was aggravating to use while dealing with giving a demo and managing the background noise.
The new headset-and-mic have freed my hands, eased the pain on my ear, and simplified my demonstration/walkthrough online meetings.

This headset is a very good buy for the money. Sound quality is almost as good as the phone's handset. Voice quality is the same as the phone's handset. Only improvement would be a cord that was a bit more flexible and whose coiled section stretched a bit more easily. Otherwise, totally worth the sub-20 dollar price tag. I like it!

When I received the product in nothing more than a padded envelope, you can imagine that I thought I'd just bought junk. From outward appearances, the headset does not appear to be all that high quality, but for the price, what do you expect? However, I was pleasantly surprised at the sound quality, the comfort, and it appears it is holding up extremely well.
I am actually thinking about purchasing another for a backup. It's well worth the price.

We recently converted our office to Cisco 7942 phones. I bought one of these and liked it so much, I have ordered another 6 for the rest of my group. As others have said, it is amazing how inexpensive it is, compared to other headsets for Cisco phones.
