 It looks good, but the clips is loose August 3, 2010

It looks good, but the problems are, 1- the clips is loose and it may fall, 2- the light is so white that it sometime hurts the eyes, 3- the rotation angle of the head isn't enough. It could be designed more efficiently and intelligently so that it could light the page uniformly not more on top and less on bottom. If you have a large book, consider buying something with more flexibility in the head/.

This is the best book light I have owned...So far it has worked great..It works with both paper books and the Kindle even know it was designed for the Kindle.

Product works good. Came with extra batteries which was good since the ones in it only worked for a few minutes. It's definately easier to read at the top where the light is but you can still read the bottom of the Kindle. I don't know how it would be for the DX though.

I bought the Kandle for my Sony Daily Edition with the 7 inch screen. I loved the Kandle--sturdy, easily clips to reader, light is spread across screen with no glare. But the light was not bright enough to illuminate the larger screen of the Daily Edition. This would be a great light for the Pocket or Touch Editions which are shorter. I exchanged the Kandle for the Belkin ereader light and it works perfect with the larger screen

I like the Kandle light, except that I use it on my Sony Daily Edition and it does not light the bottom very well. I've tried adjusting the light at different angles and it still does not reach the bottom very well. Other than that it is a good light.
